Alexia got started into group exercise after she realised that her love for food was having an adverse impact on her health. In 2014, she was introduced to a kettlebell studio and trained for 6 months before she was asked by the owner to do a trainers course. She qualified with a Flux KB certification in September 2014. In 3 years she went from Junior trainer to managing the studio. Her specialty is in mixing classes with HIIT and strength.
